The CampHire Marketplace lets you skip the job boards and go straight to pre-screened candidates we’ve sourced specifically for camps.
With access to counselors, nurses, and chefs from across the United States, you can browse our database of active candidates and filter by location, skills, and qualifications until you find applicants who meet your camp’s needs. When you find a great match, you can reserve candidates and reach out to schedule an interview.

Hired candidates are subject to Placement Fees based on job type. The marketplace is active from March to June to align with hiring trends leading up to camp.

02 Embedded Recruiting
Embedded recruiting for camp groups
Seasonal staffing is a marathon. And we’ve gotten good at it. Our embedded recruiting service is built for camp groups feeling the strain of hiring at scale, typically organizations with three or more camps. We manage your seasonal hiring end to end, handling all the time-consuming tasks that take you away from camp: sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups, reference checks, contracts, and more. You host interviews, make hiring decisions, get back to everything else on your list without the administrative burnout or sacrificing candidate quality.
