Position Overview
The Executive Director is responsible for managing all aspects of the nonprofit organization, inclusive of camp. Reporting to the organization's corporate officers, this role will help craft the future visioning for camp and will work closely with the Board of Trustees (“Board”) to build strategic plans that ensure long-term financial stability. As only the fourth individual to hold this coveted position in the last 75 years, this person will be a steward of {Camp}’s cherished generational traditions and will have a meaningful impact on the organization’s evolution and future growth.
